The problem
Resale pricing is fragmented across eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, and Mercari, and no single view tells you what something is actually worth or which listing is genuinely underpriced.
What I built
A cross-marketplace pricing intelligence tool with a working deal-scoring engine that ranks listings by standard deviations below the market average, sparkline trend charts, a price-distribution histogram with the deal zone highlighted, a filterable listings feed, and a tracker with threshold alerts. Runs on a simulated data layer designed to be swapped for live sources.
What changed
Demonstrates the statistical core of a pricing intelligence product without pretending the ingestion layer is solved.
Stack
Semantic matching and duplicate detection are specced, not built. The working intelligence is statistical.
