Partner Enablement Portal

01

The problem

Partners sign after getting excited about the revenue share, then go quiet and never actually introduce anyone. Time-to-first-referral ran around ninety days, and the standard response — more check-in calls — treats the symptom.

02

What I built

A partner portal that does the operational work on the partner’s behalf so the friction between intent and action approaches zero. Eight sections: a personalised dashboard, a seven-milestone onboarding timeline, a twelve-asset pitch toolkit, copy-to-clipboard email templates, a LinkedIn post library, a co-marketing calendar, deal registration, and a tier and revenue dashboard. Behind it, a full Next.js App Router architecture across thirteen routes with a Supabase schema, row-level security policies, and Resend notifications. The referral loop runs end to end: a partner submits a qualified referral, Resend fires the notifications, the referral lands in the database, and a live tracking sheet plus a per-partner dashboard — scoped so each partner sees only their own referrals — keep the partner’s view current.

What changed

Designed against a target of cutting time-to-first-referral from roughly ninety days to fourteen. Deployed as a live pilot for a single partner on the partner’s own dedicated domain.

The 14-day figure is a design target, not a measured result. The pilot partner is not named or linked here — real partner names stay off this site.
